Portugal and former Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed in an interview Piers Morgan that he felt betrayed on how’s been treated at Manchester United.
The five-time Balon D’or winner have accused Manchester United manager, Erik Ten Hag and some other people around the club of disrespecting him in a bid to force him out of the club.
He said, “Manchester United tried to force me out. Not only the manager, but also the other guys who are around the club. I felt betrayed”.
Ronaldo expressing his minf as Manchester United player said he believes there are people who do not want him at the club.
“I feel that some people didn’t want me at Manchester United, not only this year but last season too”.
The Portuguese star also made it known that he doesn’t respect Manchester head coach, Erik Ten Hag because he doesn’t respects him, too.
“I don’t have respect for Erik ten Hag because he doesn’t show respect for me, it’s simple”.
According reports, Ronaldo will not be returning to Old Trafford after World Cup in January.
