According to him, “I want you to key into my philosophy so we can succeed in what ever we are doing in this agency.”

Information, reaching us, said he had emphasized the importance of putting aside individual differences and working collaboratively towards achieving the agency’s goals.

For instance, the Director General’s call to action comes as CR-SACA prepares to implement its strategic plan for 2025.

The plan include the reduction of HIV transmission, increase in HIV testing and treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS in Cross River State.

Also, on prevention programmes, the Agency will focus on training and development opportunities, as well as infrastructure upgrades.

Meanwhile, the source has said the Agency had on December 1, 2024 commissioned an ultramodern office as part of activities to mark World AIDS Day.

Moreover, Iwara went on to reveal plans to commemorate 2025 United Nations International Condom Day billed for February 13, eve of Saints Valentine’s Day.
