A fighter jet belonging to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) launched a fresh attack on the enclave of Zamfara bandit leader, Bello Turji.
Recall that the notorious bandit narrowly escaped aerial bombardment on his home, Saturday afternoon.
According to a source who spoke with Daily Trust, the fighter jet returned to the area around 9am on Monday, dropping at least two bombs.
Meanwhile, it was gathered that bandits suspected to be from Turji’s camp launched an attack on travelers along Sokoto-Gusau road in Shinkafi, Monday morning.
A resident of Shinkafi, Murtala Wadatau, said the armed men blocked the road at Kwanar Badarawa and Birnin Yero.
