A gang of armed bandits yet again raided Dutsin-Ma community in Katsina state on Saturday evening, where they reportedly disrupted wedding ceremony and abducted families of the wedding bride, her friends and other invited guests.
According to an online Hausa news platform Katsina Post, the bandits stormed the wedding venue, which is the residence of one Alhaji Babangida Abdullahi, located behind the palace of District Head of Dutsin-Ma, Yandakan Katsina, and carried out the raid while the wedding was ongoing.
Source confirmed to truthlive.net that the bandits cart away with nothing less than nine (9) people, among which are the bride’s mother, friends and other wedding guests.
It was however gathered that the bandits later left the bride’s mother behind as she was slowing down their movement while fleeing to the forest.
