The embattled governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, has resumed duty after his annual vacation abroad, amidst DSS search and immediate arrest.
The CBN’s governor resumption was confirmed by Osita Nwanisobi, director, corporate communications, CBN, who noted that Emefiele resumed on Monday.
The CBN boss was said to have returned to the country ahead of the bank’s monetary policy committee meeting slated for next week.
