Reports just filtering in say that the Commissioner for Information, Culture, and Tourism in Nasarawa State,Mr. Yakubu Lawal Adda has been abducted by bandits.
The report published by a blogger, Faith Maji confirmed that the Commissioner was taken to captivity in his hometown, Eggon local governing council of the state.
The terrorist group was said to have invaded the town at about 10.30 pm on Monday to carry out the attack and they were heavily armed.
According to the FMBlog, the state`s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP, Ramhan Nansel, during a telephone conversation stated that though the information about the incident was sketchy, they would investigate and revert as soon as possible.
