A United States Judge, Nancy Maldonado has ruled in favor of Atiku Abubakar and rejected President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appeal in the case between Atiku Abubakar and Chicago State University.
Judge Maldonado ordered Chicago State University to release Bola Tinubu’s Academic Records by Monday, October 2nd as part of her judgement.
Furthermore, the judge has ordered that Chicago State University’s deposition be finished by 5:00p.m CDT on Tuesday, October 3rd 2023.
Judge Maldonado has also stated that any request for a stay of her judgement will be granted while the matter is being appealed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal.
