Juventus has officially terminated Thiago Motta’s contract as the club’s first-team manager.
Motta’s dismissal comes less than a season into his tenure.
The 42-year-old has been replaced by Igor Tudor, who will take charge of his first training session on Monday, March 24.
Tudor’s primary objective will be to secure fourth place in Serie A, the last qualifying spot for the Champions League, which is crucial for Juventus’ fragile finances.
Juventus currently sits in fifth place in the league with only nine matches left to play.
