Katsina Open Portal For National Talent Hunt Challenge

Katsina State Government has opened a portal for interested indigenes with talent to download and apply for the state’s National Talent Hunt Challenge (KNTHC) season II competition.

This was disclosed by the Chairman of the KNTHC, Alhaji Ahmad Mansur-Kurfi, on Thursday in Katsina.

Over 7,000 contestants participated in the Season One of the competition which was concluded in the first quarter of 2022.

He said forms would be distributed across the Local Government Areas in the state for those interested.

Mr Kurfi those interested could also download the KNTHC application through the playstore and apply for the talent competition.

The competition, he said, is aimed towards encouraging innovation and developing the potential talent of youths.

The KNTHC chief said as in season one, season II of the competition would be held in four different categories.

Three three winners are expected to emerge from each of the four categories arranged for the competition as well as an overall winner.

The categories in the competition are Arts and Design, Automotive Modelling and Products, ICT Design and Music and Entertainment, he said.
