Liverpool’s lead at the top of the Premier League table has been reduced to seven points following a 3-3 draw at Newcastle United.

The Reds were held by the Magpies, who scored a late equalizer through Fabian Schar.

Meanwhile, Arsenal closed the gap to the leaders with a 2-0 win over Manchester United at the Emirates.

Goals from Jurrien Timber and William Saliba sealed maximum points for the Gunners.

Chelsea also narrowed the gap with a 5-1 thrashing of Southampton.

The Blues have moved up to second place on goal difference, pushing Arsenal down to third.
