A heartbreaking incident unfolded in Cross River State, as a 29-year-old man, Mathias Amunde, who murdered his mother and dumped her body in a well in Obudu, Betriko, Boki LGA, in Cross Rivers State
After taking her life, he allegedly shaved her hair, dumped her body in a well, and fled the scene.
Truth Live News gathered that police investigations led to Mathias being tracked to a shrine where he reportedly sought to perform money rituals using his mother’s hair. Both the suspect and the native doctor involved were apprehended and are currently in custody at the Obudu Divisional Police Headquarters.
