Lisa Marie Presley, former waife of late singer, Michael Jackson and only child of Elvis Presley, has died after suffering a severe cardiac arrest.
According to reports by TMZ, Presley in her home in Casablanca, Los Angeles after her heart suddenly stopped on Thursday morning, January 12, 2023.
She was regained a pulse when first responders and her former husband Danny Keough reportedly performed a CPR on her, until medical personnel took over from them.
Sadly, she died from the cardiac arrest later that same Thursday at a hospital in Los Angeles at the age of 54.
Recall that earlier in the week, on Tuesday January 10, Lisa Presley and her mother, Priscillia Presley attended Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hills hotel in Beverly Hills, where Austlin Butler won the award of best actor in a drama film for his portrayal of her father in Baz Luhrmann’s drama titled “Elvis.”
Butler further dedicated part of his acceptance speech to Lisa and her mother.
“Thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me… Lisa Marie, Priscillia, I love you forever,” Butler said.
Lisa Marie Presley was a singer and a songwriter who released three albums between 2003 and 2012. She was married three times. She was married to late Michael Jackson, Michael Lockwood and Danny Keough and was divorced from all three before her death.
