Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has dismissed all Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants, and Personal Assistants due to their inability to effectively implement government policies and programs.
The governor made this announcement on Friday during the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Labaran Shuaibu Magaji.
The governor also swore in Commodore Yahaya Owuna (rtd.) as the sole administrator of Udege Administrative Area and the chairman and board members of the College of Education, Akwanga.
According to Governor Sule, these new appointments aim to enhance governance and improve service delivery to the people of Nasarawa State.
The dismissal of the aides takes immediate effect, and Governor Sule expressed gratitude for their service, urging them to continue supporting the state’s development.
