Absence of INEC officials have causes unrest at the Big Joe polling unit in Aduwawa, Ikpoba Okha local government area of Edo.
Eye witness reports has it that as at 11.30am today, while eligible voters gathered to cast their votes, no INEC officials were present to help with the exercise.
