The Minister of Sports Development Sen John Owan-Enoh has took to social media to celebrate the new age of his wife Rachel Owan-Enoh.
On his Facebook page and seen by Truth Live News, the sports minister whose finest encomium passed on his wife whom she described as a woman of incredible virtue, said she is unwaveringly prayerful and extremely valiant.
The birthday’s encomium reads:
