Chippa United, a South African Premier League club, are expected to sell goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali this summer.
Nwabali joined Chippa United from Katsina United, a Nigeria Premier Football League outfit, three years ago.
The 28-year-old has established himself as one of the top goalkeepers in the South African top-flight.
Nwabali was previously linked with a move away from Chippa United last summer, following his impressive performance for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire.
Instead of leaving, Nwabali signed a new three-year contract and was appointed captain of the Chilli Boys.
According to Kickoff, a South African website, Chippa United are prepared to sell Nwabali at the end of the season to fund new player arrivals.
The club has reportedly identified two goalkeepers to replace him.
