Chairman of Osun State chapter of the Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Kazeem Oyewale, popularly known as ‘Asiri Eniba’ has been arrested over allegations of plans to incite unrest during the election.
Oyewale was said to have been arrested alongside other accomplices at his Ojurin, Osogbo motor park office.
Truthlive.net gathered that his arrest had created tension at the Old Garage Area where the park is located with drivers and passengers’ vehicles to their various destinations took to their heels when the soldiers stormed the area.
Recall that recently, the leadership of the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wrote several petitions to security agents, accusing Olawale of being behind the attacks on its member.
Narrating how Oyetola was arrested, an eyewitness said, “the soldiers arrested him in his office. They came in two vehicles. Some people were also arrested with him.

“We can’t say where he was taken to now, but he was arrested this afternoon in his office in Ojurin, Osogbo.”
Oyewale and at least 15 other persons were arrested by soldiers and were later handed over to the police at the Osun police Command Headquarters in Osogbo, Truthlive learnt.
