Nigeria Minister of Sports Development Sen John Owan Enoh, has met with International Olympic Committee (IOC) president, Thomas Bach in Gangwon, South Korea.
The meeting highlighted strategic preparations for the Paris Olympics/Paralympic Games 2024.
Sen Enoh, via his official Facebook page described the interface as “a defining moment.”
He wrote: “My meeting with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) president, Thomas Bach in Gangwon, South Korea was a defining moment.
Nevertheless, “Our discussions bordered on strategic preparations for the Paris Olympics/Paralympic Games 2024.
Hence, “we are committed and always ready to collaborate and give global cooperation in ensuring the success of major sporting events.”

Meanwhile, Sen John Owan Enoh, has congratulated Nigeria super Eagles on their qualification to the next round of 16.
On Monday, the sports Minister took to social media to celebrate their victory, having secured a win of 1-0 against Guinea Bissau.
Thus, “We believe in you to keep doing your very best play with gusto and bring home the trophy.”
He wrote: “Your victory would be a fulcrum of great possibilities for Nigeria and Nigerians.”
“Here’s to say congratulations Nigeria Super Eagles on your qualification to the next round of 16,” he continued.
