Asue Ighodalo

All is set for tomorrow’s Edo Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, primary election. The National Working Committee, NWC, yesterday approved the delegate list that will only be allowed to vote during the much anticipated primary where the party will determine who will fly the flag of the party for the September election.

From all indications, Asuelimen Ighodalo Esq is the most prepared aspirant in PDP. Apart from the fact that he possesses the requisite qualities, skills and experience to navigate the affairs of the state for the next for 4 years, he has dedicated his time over the past months to meeting with party members across the 18 Local Government Areas of the State, and has been enchanted to the average voter in Edo State. From the market women, artisans, elites, students and the average electorates, his appeal is very strong.

Asue’s exceptional passion for development of Edo State is strong and he has dedicated his time in finding solutions in improving the standard of living of the people.

Edo PDP is not at crossroads with him, the party is rather certain of victory if elected tomorrow to fly the flag of the party for the September election.

He is not new to the Edo State terrain as some would make the people believe; he knows what the issues are. He has profound knowledge about how to solve the challenges the state is faced in spite of the ernomous differences the Governor Godwin Obaseki has made in repositioning the state for greater heights.

As the delegates drawn from the 192 wards in Edo State goes to make their choice of candidate tomorrow, one thing on the lip of everyone is that Asue is the most competent and prepared aspirant for consideration. And this fact is beyond doubt.
