The members of G-5, also known as the Integrity Group, paid a visit to Nyesom Wike (FCT 001), the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory at his residence in Abuja on Monday.
The members of this group include Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, as well as the immediate past governors of Benue, Enugu, and Abia states, namely Sam Ortom, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and Okezie Ikpeazu.
It is likely that the group’s visit to Wike, who is one of its members and serves as their leader, was a formal gesture to congratulate him on his appointment as the Minister of FCT.
President Bola Tinubu appointed Nyesom Wike, as the Minister of FCT, along with several others.
