The Portuguese Football Federation has intensified their pursuit of Roma boss, Jose Mourinho.
Truth Live News is aware that the AS Roma boss is the favorite to replace Fernando Santos, who left the post after the Selecao quarter-final exit from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Mourinho is under contract at Roma until 2024 but might be tempted to lead his country for the first time.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Portuguese Federation are increasing the pressure on Mou to make a decision as soon as possible.
The Federation will however swoop for Mourinho at the end of the season.
