The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has gifted N2million to couple who gave birth to quintuplets.
This was disclosed by the state’s Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, Ify Obinabo, on Monday in Awka.
Obinabo said, the couple, Mr and Mrs Tochukwu Amaechi, based in Onitsha, delivered a set of quintuplets at Life International Hospital, in Awka, on March 29, 2023.
She further said that the token, was for the wellbeing of the quintuplets, three males and two females and added that the support would be sent to the family immediately after the process is done.
