Meet Greatness Olorunfemi, the young Nigerian lady who was left to die by staff of Maitama General hospital, Abuja, after she was rushed into the facility by good Samaritans.
Miss Olorunfemi was a victim of the prevalent one-chance vehicles; armed robbers who drive commercial cabs around the Abuja metropolis, picking unsuspecting citizens, particularly ladies, after which they rob and hurt them.
There have been many cases of people living in Abuja, falling victim of theses one-chance vehicles. They are robbed of their valuables, stabbed with sharp knives and sometimes the women are sexually violated.
Sadly, Greatness fell victim on Wednesday September 27th; she was robbed, stabbed and thrown out of the vehicle by the wicked men. She was however rescued by passersby, rushed to the Maitama General hospital but was left untreated by the hospital staff, who demanded that “police report” must be presented before she is attended to. Greatness reportedly bled out and died in the hospital’s premises after hours of being left in the vehicle.
Greatness Olorunfemi was a member of YALI Network Abuja, who has been described as brilliant, selfless and undeserving of this kind of wickedness from the Nigerian medical system.
