Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has shared his last conversation with the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who passed away on July 27 at the age of 52.
Speaking at Ubah’s funeral service, Soludo revealed that the late senator had plans to run for office, although he didn’t disclose what position Ubah was interested in.
Soludo recalled that during their meeting in May, Ubah mentioned his intention to run for “something” and expressed his desire to be part of it.
The governor said they had planned a meeting with Emeka Offor to discuss Ubah’s ambitions, but unfortunately, Ubah passed away before the meeting could take place.
