The former wife of actor Yul Edochie, May Edochie has voiced out saying that some men are seeing her as someone who is misleading other women.

I’m not an advocate of divorce due to alleged adultery following Yul’s marriage to Judy Austin.
And ever since the episode, she has come under severe criticism from the men who now believed that she a bad influence to other women.
However, she has come out with her stance, stating her love for family and marriage.
She said that her decision to divorce was not intended to advocate for separation or divorce.
May expressed commitment to the institution of marriage, highlighting its importance as the foundation of family.
She added that marriage is essential for building strong families and societies.
“Some men see me as someone that is misleading their wives.
“I love family and marriage, but there is a misconception about marriage that is totally different, but ideally marriage is the basis of family. Because there would be no you or me without family. That is how it used to be.
“I’m not in any way advocating separation or divorce in any way. Let me categorically state it now that I’m not an advocate for divorce”, May said.
