A new survey by Expatriate Consultancy has named Bradford, West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom as the most dangerous city in Europe.
The new report upholds a position previously held by Coventry which however did not augur well with the city officials.
According to data from Numbeo’s Crime Index, the 2025 UK City of Culture is the most dangerous place to visit.
Numbeo’s Crime Index focuses on the increase in crime over the last three years – including thefts, robberies and attacks.
The new survey actually named Bradford as the most dangerous city in Europe with the city also ranking 26th in the list of most dangerous cities in the entire world.
Bradford is said to have 146 crimes per 1,000 people. The most common crimes are violence and sexual offences, according to the survey.
