Two suspected traffic robbers have been arrested by men of the Lagos State Rapid Response Squad police command on Friday December 9.
The suspects who were arrested while pursuing one of their victims are said to be notorious for attacking commuters on the Alausa-Ketu pedestrian bridge on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
In a statement released, the RRS said;
”Victor Stephen (23) and Sunday Michael (20) were both arrested around 5:20 a.m. today on Alausa – Ketu pedestrian Bridge on Lagos – Ibadan Expressway.
“The duo waylaid early users of the bridge.
“They were chasing an early user of the pedestrian bridge when they ran into the hands of RRS bike riders stationed by the bridge.”
