Nigerian artist, songwriter, Afrobeat star, record producer and Grammy award winner Temilade Openiyi, popularly known with her stage name TEMS, was featured in Beyonce Cartel Album “Renaissance”.
The next album “Renaissance” by Beyonce, which is yet to be release, has 16 tracks and also has a song written by Tems.
Beyonce, a numerous Grammy awards winner, unveiled the tracklist for her upcoming seventh studio album “Renaissance” on Wednesday 20th July 2022, on social media. It shows the complete list of all the 16 tracks and the songwriters for the each of the track.
TEMS was listed among the songwriters of the tenth track “Move.”
Richard Isong, Ariowa Irosogie, Denisia “Blu June” Andrews, Brittany “@Chi Coney” Coney, Ronald Banful, and Beyonce herself are some other songwriters listed.
TEMS is indeed making waves in the Nigerian music industry by receiving numerous nominations and awards.
She has won the prize for “Best International Act” at the 2022 BET Awards in June and became the first Nigerian female artist to win such category.
