Tobi Amusan, the current World Record holder, achieved a remarkable victory at the Silesia Diamond League Women’s 100m Hurdles, setting a new record for the event. She completed the race in an impressive time of 12.34 seconds.

Despite facing tough competition, Amusan managed to surpass American athlete Kendra Harrison at the very last moment to secure the first-place position.

Expressing her thoughts on this significant accomplishment, Amusan acknowledged the challenges she faced, including injuries in her hamstring and knee. However, she maintained her trust in her coach and the hard work she had put in.

Emphasizing the importance of the process, Amusan described her win as a smooth and effortless performance. Surprisingly, she was unaware of her victory until she crossed the finish line, highlighting her focus on the race itself rather than the outcome.
