Actor and stuntman, Taraja Ramsess, 41, famed for his work on “Black Panther” and “The Avengers” perished in a car accident that also killed three of his children, including a newborn daughter.
Taraja was driving a car full of his children on Halloween night, October 31, 2023, when he collided with a broken-down tractor-trailer on a highway exit in DeKalb County, Georgia.
Taraja’s 13-year-old daughter Sundari, 10-year-old son Kisasi, and eight-week-old daughter Fugibo have all died since the crash, according to family members.
Taraja and his daughters were killed in the incident on Tuesday night, while Kisasi was taken to the hospital.
His grandmother confirmed the 10-year-old died four days later as a result of his injuries.
Taraja’s three-year-old daughter Shazia survived and is recovering in the hospital from minor injuries. Another 15-year-old girl in the car was only slightly injured.
Taraja was driving when the automobile collided with the caravan, according to police, but the cause of the incident is unknown.
Taraja appeared as a stuntman in both Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War.
