Barcelona president, Joan Laporta has disclosed that the Club have submitted a bid for Bayern Munich’s top striker, Robert Lewandowski and are now waiting for Bayern’s response.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Lewandowski has already told Bayern that he wants to move and Barcelona is top in his priority as Chelsea and other clubs have showed interest in the Polish striker.
Laporta in an interview sent a public appreciation to Lewandowski for insisting on joining Barcelona.
Laporta said, “We made an offer to FC Bayern to sign Lewandowski and we are waiting for their response, I hope their response is positive”.
“I want to thank Lewandowski here in public for what he is doing to join us”.
