Chelsea Football Club have submitted an opening bid for PSV Eindhoven’s winger, Noni Madueke.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have submitted an opening verbal proposal of close to €30m as reported as new round of talks have been scheduled.
The 20-year-old winger who moved to PSV in 2018 had already spent some time in Tottenham and Crystal Palace youth academies.
Madueke in 50 appearances and have netted 11 goals since his debut in 2020.
Reports have it that Marcus Thuram is also another option for desperate blues who are making efforts to over-turn their losing spree.
He said, “Chelsea are now in direct contact with PSV Eindhoven for Noni Madueke — he’s the list alongside Marcus Thuram as potential option.
