Tottenham are set to sign Clement Lenglet on loan from Barcelona as agreement has been reached by both parties which will see the French player stay at the club till 2023 per Fabrizio Romano.
Tottenham look serious ahead of next season as Lenglet will be the fifth signing of the season for Conte’s side after Perisić, Bissouma, Richarlison and Forster.

Tottenham and Barcelona have an agreement in place for Lénglet on loan deal until June 2023.
The two clubs are still in direct talk to discuss the final details but there’s no buy option included, as things stand.
Lénglet has already accepted the move last week, personal terms are agreed with Antonio Conte pushing for him.
It’s gonna be fifth summer signing for Tottenham after Perisić, Bissouma, Richarlison and Forster.”
