Dinamo Zagreb maintained resolve to defeat Chelsea 1-0 courtesy to an early strike from Orsic.

Orsic sprinted forward on the attack and dinked an effort over Kepa to put his team ahead 13 minutes in, against the run of play.

Despite being out of possession for the majority of the game, Dinamo appeared to be in control until Chelsea’s late effort for an equalizer – Havertz had a header blocked, James crashed a shot off the crossbar, and Livakovic made two tremendous saves late on to deny Mount and Ziyech.

Dinamo lead Group E ahead of the match between Milan and Salzburg later today, with the Italian side up next in the competition. Prior to it, they will face HNK Gorica in the league.

Chelsea’s stuttering start to the season continues as they travel to Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday before facing Salzburg next Wednesday.
