In a hilarious turn of event, a commercial driver who was driving against traffic rules, fled the moment he was accosted by the convoy of Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in the state.
The driver who was driving one way was caught by the governor but as soon as he saw the governor’s security personnel disembark from their vehicles, he fled from fear of being apprehended.
Sadly, his vehicle was impounded by Lagos traffic officials and may lead to forfeiture if he does not present himself early enough to serve the punishment due for his offence.
The video which surfaced online has since gathered many hilarious comments from viewers because the fleeing driver is seen being indecisive, whether to truly flee from being arrested or go back to plead for his bus.
