The Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike has said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is making effort towards resolving the crisis in Rivers State.
Wike who spoke in reaction to the clash between him and the Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara, played down the circulating rumour that the clash is an ethnic affair.
Speaking to Channels Television in Abuja which was duly monitored by Truth Live News, Wike said:
“in politics there are a lot of internal wranglings. That does not mean that they won’t settle. But to come and say ooh they want to do this against each other.

“So when things are wrong, you ask questions. It’s a party affair. Party knows how they resolve their own issues. It is not an ethnic affair. Our party is looking into it. That’s what I will say. Every politician has his own interests”.
