A yet to be identified woman attempting suicide by jumping off the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos, has been rescued by some good Samaritans who were driving past.
According to the scene caught on camera, the men and women who tried to rescue her, were seen holding her so that she does not jump and drown but were being fought by the woman who desperately wanted to end it all.
She kept struggling and saying ‘leave me alone’ when they tried to calm her down.
However, according to sources, she was later put under control and handed over to the Lagos Rapid Response Squad RRS, who came to intervene.
