Nollywood thespian, Odunlade Adekola has called on God’s divine intervention over the wave of deaths currently sweeping and ravaging the Nigerian movie industry.
This is coming on the heels of the death of another Nollywood actress, Wunmi Olowokandi who lost her life on Monday evening.
Wunmi’s death is the fourth in Nollywood in less than a week after Obinna Nwafor also known as St. Obi, Murphy Afolabi and Chikezie Uwazie.
Reacting to the death of the deceased actress, Odunlade in a post on his official Instagram page, prayed for God to close the door of untimely death in the movie industry.
“Unquestionable you are the LORD. I pray God will close the door of untimely death in our industry and in the house of every one of us in Jesus name”, Adekola wrote on his page.
