Writeathon: Edo Students Association Visits Aiguohkian As He Kicks Off 188 Hours Writing For GWR In Calabar

Since Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian, a Student of University of Calabar and indigene of Edo state has kicked off to break the Guiness World Record on Write-a-thon, groups have been visiting to show their solidarity with him.

Mr. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian, is currently facing the Guiness World Record on Longest writing time for 188 hours which is equivalent to 8 days.

The Executives of the National Association of Edo State Students UniCal were among those groups that have recently extended support to their Ailing Member.

In a heartwarming gesture of solidarity, the executives of the Association led by President Comr Olajide Alex, presented Mr. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian with monetary support to assist him in his time of need.

“Mr. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian, is a valued member of the association,” Comrade Alex said. They pledged to actively engage with the state’s national body and alumni to garner additional support for their fellow student.

He emphasized the importance of community and kinship saying that they would make regular check-ins to monitor his progress and well-being.

Comrade Alex, as he urged Mr. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian to stay strong in the face of adversity, noted that this commitment reflects the association’s dedication to fostering a supportive and caring community for its members.

“The National Association of Edo State Students, University of Calabar, remains committed to its mission of promoting unity, welfare, and progress among its members,” he said.

“This compassionate initiative serves as a testament to the organization’s values and the genuine concern it holds for the welfare of its members,” he added.

The visit featured, the Dir of Welfare, Comr Agbonlahor Happiness Esogie, the Dir of Socials, Comr Joy Itohan Ojiekhile, and the Financial Secretary.
