Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has declared himself a “hardcore traditionalist” in a surprising turn of events.
This revelation comes after he founded his online church, The Salvation Ministry, last year.
Edochie took to Instagram to express his commitment to his ancestral heritage, stating that he will never abandon the ways of his forefathers.
He criticized Africans for abandoning their original religions due to fear of public opinion.
In his post, Edochie wrote, “Because of fear of what people will say, Africans are running away from their powerful religion, their originality. Abomination! I will never abandon the ways of my forefathers. It is built on truth, transparency, and fairness. I’m a hardcore traditionalist.”
This development follows his previous claim that many Nigerian pastors are called to be native doctors but abandoned their original calling due to Western influence.
