Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the importance of robust security guarantees in any future negotiations, stressing that Russian President Vladimir Putin must not be allowed to revive conflict in the coming years.

Zelensky vowed to prevent Putin from deceiving the world again regarding the ongoing war.

In a conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Zelensky discussed the need for broad international representation in the negotiation process, including Europe, the UK, Türkiye, and the US.

Rutte informed Zelensky about his meeting with General Kellogg, highlighting the alignment of their goals towards achieving lasting peace.

Zelensky underscored the importance of strong security guarantees, emphasizing that Ukraine’s partners must prioritize these guarantees to ensure durable peace.

He expressed gratitude to Rutte for his support and assistance.
