The Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has promised the people of Opobo/Nkoro that he will not disappoint them if elected as Governor in 2023.
Fubara made the promise at the Rivers State PDP state-level campaign rally held in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area, in the south south region of Nigeria.
Truth Live News gathered that the Governorship Candidate having toured 13 LGAs on Saturday February 4, 2023, said Opobo/Nkoro is his hometown and that he cannot possibly campaign in his hometown.
The Knight of St. Christopher promised the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state that the consolidation and continuity team will not disappoint them.
He said, “I don’t think I need to campaign in Opobo/Nkoro, if I campaign here, then it means that I am not prepared.
He urged Opobo/Nkoro people to appreciate this great opportunity with their votes. Saying no single vote must be wasted. “Use your vote to make this bold statement. He added.
“Like I stated earlier, I don’t need to campaign here. This present administration has given you access road, it has done land reclamation for you, it is also planning to give you a ring road. Expect more when we come on board.
