There’s currently unrest going on at the Ojota and Mile 12 area of Lagos State, as residents have come out in mass to protest over the scarcity of new naira notes, as well the unending queues in fuel stations.
According to reports, the protest has been overthrown by men believed to be political thugs, who took advantage of the situation to cause havoc.
As at the time of filing this report, one person has been reported killed in the tussle between the protesters and men of the Police Force.
