As at the time of filing this report the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, office was under luck and key as both journalists and supporters of the Governor-elect were restricted access to the hall.
This is happening as security agents including police at the gate said the order is from the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Prof Gabriel Yomere.
Recall that INEC in the state has slated Friday March 31, 2023 for presentation of certificate of return to the Cross River State Governor-elect Sen Bassey Otu of the All Progressive Congress APC.
