The Governor-elect Pastor Umoh Eno of Akwa Ibom state has been presented with certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Pastor Eno who polled 356,348 votes in all the 31 LGAs of the state to win his closest opponent in APC with 123,981 votes was declared the winner of the March 18, Gubernatorial election.
