Weeks after Alex Chioma Otti was elected Governor of Abia state, he has received in audience the Federation of Muslim women Association in Nigeria, Abia state chapter.
This was made public on his verified tweeter handle on Monday.
The Governor-elect alongside with his wife Priscilla Otti who welcome the Muslim Women led by the state leader (Amira) Azeezat Jimoh in his house did not make public the reason for the visit.
Of the visit, the people of Abia seems to have little worries about what transpired during their meeting.
Therefore, in their separate comments, @Julio “like I said earlier, you have an opportunity to write your name in gold and be the Peter Obi of Abia state, goodluck to you, if you don’t work, Abians will vote you out after four years.”
@Chinedu, “I am trying to connect the dots and cross the Ts so I can understand how this visit relates to the promised of returning Abia state as industrial hub of Nigeria. All efforts, meetings as well as visitations at this moment must be that which is geared towards reviving Abia.”
Also, @Ugodrey ” Always have it at the back of your mind sir that Abia is your home, if you love your home you will make it beautiful and comfortable.”
Apart from that, others in their different reactions @Dabi, “Muslims leaders in the north never invite or even recognize Christians in their communities. So I don’t think the visit was necessary. ”
