The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate Kogi State Dino Melaye, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), of manipulating the just concluded gubernatorial election in the state.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came third with the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s Usman Ododo winning the election in the North-Central state.
Speaking on Channels Television Politics Today Program on Monday evening which was duly monitored by Truth Live News, Melaye in an angry tune alleged that the results announced by the INEC is entirely different from the actual results on Result Sheets.
Dino said:
“We have submitted our petition to INEC with evidence this afternoon. INEC has seven days to review it… we must see the end of this one…Nigeria is not a banana republic… APC turning Nigeria into “greedocracy.”
