Global energy company Shell has commended Ardova Plc for its strong market leadership and operational excellence in Nigeria’s lubricants sector.
The recognition came at the 2025 Shell Macro Distributors Cup held in Milan, Italy, where Ardova received a Special Recognition Award. The honour underscores the company’s performance and its strategic role as Shell’s authorised macro distributor in Nigeria.
According to a statement released on Tuesday, the award highlights Ardova’s consistent delivery and its contribution to expanding access to high-performance lubricant products across the country. Shell officials noted that the company’s efforts have significantly strengthened the reach of premium lubricant solutions in Nigeria’s competitive market.
Receiving the award on behalf of the company, Assistant General Manager, Shell Lubricants Marketing at Ardova Plc, Korede Odufuwa, dedicated the recognition to the organisation’s workforce.
“This recognition reflects the dedication and collaborative spirit of the Ardova team, as well as the strength of our partnership with Shell. Also reacting, Managing Director of Ardova Plc, Moshood Olajide, described the award as a testament to the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction.
