The Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Rt Hon. Peter Odey, has received a delegation from the National Boundary Commission (NBC).
The delegation led by its Director General, Surv. Adaji, were received at the Governor’s House in Calabar.
Chief Press Secretary Fred Abua Esq. in a WhatsApp post on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, said the purpose of the visit was to seek the cooperation and support of the Cross River State Government in addressing the interstate boundary disputes.
According to him, the longstanding interstate boundary disputes comprises Benue, Ebonyi, Abia and Akwa Ibom states.
