Arteta Vows Arsenal Will Deliver in UCL Final Against PSG

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has expressed confidence that his team will rise to the occasion and “deliver” when they face Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the UEFA Champions League final on May 30.

The Gunners booked their place in the final after eliminating Atletico Madrid on a 2-1 aggregate scoreline, while PSG advanced by holding Bayern Munich to a 1-1 draw in the second leg, having won the first leg 5-4 in Paris.

Speaking to reporters on Friday, Arteta acknowledged the formidable challenge posed by the French giants but remained optimistic about his squad’s readiness.

“It is what it is. We know the level of the opposition we have to face either way, PSG or Bayern Munich. We know the quality they have but we are also very confident that when we get to that moment, we will deliver what we need to.”

The statement comes as Arsenal prepare for what will be their first Champions League final in years, marking a significant milestone in Arteta’s project at the club. The highly anticipated clash is set to take place on May 30, 2026.
